How long can I get

In case I lost the serial number, what should I do?
If you lost your serial number, please do not worry
and feel free to contact us to request your original SN.
Please provide us with detailed information about your
purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc. to:
support@platinumhideip.com. We will send you the serial number
within 1 business day after receiving your request email.
What are my cancellation rights?
If you are not satisfied with the Platinum Hide IP service,
contact us within 30 days and we will refund your credit card
for the full amount charged.
When can I get my money back?
It will take 3~7 business days for the credit to appear on
your account after the refund request has been approved.
