How
It Works
When connecting to the Internet, your
home computer is assigned a public IP address by your Internet
Service Provider (ISP). An IP address is an Internet Protocol
address, a unique identifying number. It is used to identify all
the different computers and websites on the Internet, and it could
be used to track your communications with all websites or programs
that connect to the Internet. This is known as Direct Internet
Connection.
If you run Platinum Hide IP on your computer, it will modify your
Internet Connection Settings and use an anonymous Proxy Server
which acts as an intermediary between a home network and the rest
of the Internet and makes requests for Internet information on
your behalf, using its own IP address instead of yours.
Platinum Hide IP is compatible with many web browsers such as
Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Maxthon, MyIE browsers.
All websites visited or E-mails sent using these browsers will
show you are connecting from one of our fake IP addresses.
Why Hide My IP?
When connecting to the
Internet, the computer (or network router) is assigned a public IP
address. As you visit websites, that IP address is transmitted and
recorded in log files kept on those servers. Access logs leave
behind a trail of your Internet activity. It is quite necessary to
hide your real IP address, if you do not want to be traced by
others.
How to Hide My IP?
With one button click,
Platinum Hide IP enables you to keep your real IP address hidden,
surf anonymously, secure all the protocols on your PC, provide
full encryption of your activity while working in Internet, and
much more.
Note: Please
hide your IP address responsibly!
Platinum Hide IP is supposed to be used in a responsible manner
for legitimate purposes only. There is nothing wrong with trying
to keep your IP address private for the right reasons. HOWEVER,
use of our software for illegal activities will not protect you.
Law enforcement and courts can use legal processes to obtain your
true information. So if you have any fraudulent or criminal
intent, you're on the wrong way. |
